一、結構特點及用途
膜(mo)(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)式微孔(kong)曝氣(qi)器(qi)主(zhu)要由(you)(you)曝氣(qi)底座、上(shang)螺(luo)旋壓(ya)蓋、空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)均(jun)流(liu)(liu)板(ban)、合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)橡(xiang)膠膜(mo)(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)等組成(cheng)(cheng),合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)橡(xiang)膠膜(mo)(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)上(shang)開(kai)(kai)有2100—2500個按(an)一定(ding)規(gui)則排列的(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)閉式孔(kong)眼(yan)(yan),充(chong)氣(qi)時,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)通過(guo)布氣(qi)管道,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)均(jun)流(liu)(liu)板(ban)均(jun)勻進入橡(xiang)膠膜(mo)(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)之(zhi)間,在空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)壓(ya)力作(zuo)用下,使(shi)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)微微鼓起,孔(kong)眼(yan)(yan)張開(kai)(kai),達到布氣(qi)擴(kuo)散的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。停止供氣(qi)時,由(you)(you)于(yu)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)和空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)均(jun)流(liu)(liu)板(ban)之(zhi)間壓(ya)力漸(jian)漸(jian)下降,使(shi)孔(kong)眼(yan)(yan)逐漸(jian)閉合(he),當(dang)壓(ya)力全部消失后,由(you)(you)于(yu)水壓(ya)作(zuo)用和膜(mo)(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)本身(shen)的(de)(de)回彈作(zuo)用,將膜(mo)(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)壓(ya)實于(yu)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)均(jun)流(liu)(liu)板(ban)上(shang),鑒于(yu)上(shang)述構(gou)造(zao)以(yi)及膜(mo)(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)本身(shen)的(de)(de)良好(hao)彈性(xing),曝氣(qi)池中(zhong)的(de)(de)混合(he)液不(bu)可能倒灌,因此,不(bu)會(hui)沾污孔(kong)眼(yan)(yan)。另(ling)一方面,當(dang)孔(kong)眼(yan)(yan)開(kai)(kai)啟時,由(you)(you)于(yu)橡(xiang)膠的(de)(de)彈性(xing)作(zuo)用,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)中(zhong)所含的(de)(de)少量塵埃(ai),也不(bu)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)曝氣(qi)器(qi)的(de)(de)孔(kong)隙(xi)堵(du)塞。
該曝氣器具(ju)有耐(nai)腐蝕、布氣均勻、微孔(kong)可(ke)變不堵塞(sai)、氧利(li)用率和(he)動力(li)效率高等(deng)特(te)點。應(ying)用于(yu)市政及工業廢水(shui)中(zhong)曝氣及生化處(chu)理(li)工程中(zhong)。

三、布置、安裝
1、曝(pu)氣(qi)器均勻布置于曝(pu)氣(qi)池(chi)底,其表面(mian)距池(chi)底約200-300mm,間距按設計要求均勻布置。
2、進(jin)氣管(guan)的(de)設置應(ying)考慮壓力平衡(heng),每組(zu)支(zhi)管(guan)應(ying)設置閥門,便于(yu)調節空氣量,并在支(zhi)管(guan)末端(duan)設置氣壓排(pai)水管(guan),以排(pai)除(chu)因安裝(zhuang)調試(shi)或停(ting)機時(shi)流入管(guan)內的(de)積水。
