膜片式可張微孔曝氣器
一、結構特點及用途
膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)式微(wei)孔(kong)(kong)曝氣(qi)(qi)器(qi)主要由曝氣(qi)(qi)底座、上(shang)(shang)螺旋壓(ya)(ya)蓋、空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)均流(liu)板(ban)(ban)、合(he)成(cheng)橡膠膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)等組(zu)成(cheng),合(he)成(cheng)橡膠膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)上(shang)(shang)開(kai)(kai)(kai)有2100—2500個按一(yi)定(ding)規(gui)則(ze)排列(lie)的(de)開(kai)(kai)(kai)閉式孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan),充氣(qi)(qi)時,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)通過布氣(qi)(qi)管道(dao),空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)均流(liu)板(ban)(ban)均勻進入橡膠膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)之(zhi)間,在(zai)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)下,使膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)微(wei)微(wei)鼓起(qi),孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)張開(kai)(kai)(kai),達到布氣(qi)(qi)擴散(san)的(de)目的(de)。停(ting)止供氣(qi)(qi)時,由于(yu)膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)和空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)均流(liu)板(ban)(ban)之(zhi)間壓(ya)(ya)力漸漸下降(jiang),使孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)逐漸閉合(he),當(dang)壓(ya)(ya)力全部消失(shi)后(hou),由于(yu)水(shui)壓(ya)(ya)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)和膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)本(ben)身(shen)的(de)回彈(dan)(dan)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong),將膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)壓(ya)(ya)實于(yu)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)均流(liu)板(ban)(ban)上(shang)(shang),鑒(jian)于(yu)上(shang)(shang)述構造以及膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)本(ben)身(shen)的(de)良好彈(dan)(dan)性,曝氣(qi)(qi)池(chi)中(zhong)的(de)混合(he)液不可能(neng)倒灌,因(yin)此,不會沾污(wu)孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)。另(ling)一(yi)方面,當(dang)孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)開(kai)(kai)(kai)啟(qi)時,由于(yu)橡膠的(de)彈(dan)(dan)性作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong),空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)所含的(de)少(shao)量塵埃,也不會造成(cheng)曝氣(qi)(qi)器(qi)的(de)孔(kong)(kong)隙堵塞。
該曝氣器具有耐腐蝕、布氣均勻、微(wei)孔(kong)可變不堵塞、氧利用率和動力效率高等特點。應(ying)用于(yu)市政(zheng)及工(gong)業廢水中曝氣及生化處理工(gong)程中。

三、布置、安裝
1、曝(pu)氣器均勻(yun)布(bu)置(zhi)于曝(pu)氣池(chi)底(di),其表面距(ju)池(chi)底(di)約(yue)200-300mm,間(jian)距(ju)按設計要(yao)求均勻(yun)布(bu)置(zhi)。
2、進氣(qi)管(guan)的(de)設(she)置應(ying)考慮(lv)壓(ya)力平衡,每組支(zhi)管(guan)應(ying)設(she)置閥門,便(bian)于調節空氣(qi)量,并在支(zhi)管(guan)末端(duan)設(she)置氣(qi)壓(ya)排水(shui)管(guan),以(yi)排除因(yin)安(an)裝調試(shi)或(huo)停機時流入管(guan)內的(de)積水(shui)。
