一、結構特點及用途
膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)片(pian)式微(wei)孔(kong)(kong)曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器主要由(you)(you)(you)曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)底座、上(shang)(shang)螺旋(xuan)壓蓋、空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)(jun)流(liu)板、合(he)成(cheng)橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)片(pian)等組成(cheng),合(he)成(cheng)橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)片(pian)上(shang)(shang)開有2100—2500個按(an)一定規則排(pai)列的開閉式孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan),充氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)時,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)通過布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管道,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)(jun)流(liu)板均(jun)(jun)勻進(jin)入(ru)橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)片(pian)之(zhi)間,在空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓力作用下,使膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)片(pian)微(wei)微(wei)鼓起,孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)張開,達到布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)擴(kuo)散的目(mu)的。停(ting)止(zhi)供氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)時,由(you)(you)(you)于(yu)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)片(pian)和空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)(jun)流(liu)板之(zhi)間壓力漸漸下降,使孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)逐漸閉合(he),當壓力全部消失后,由(you)(you)(you)于(yu)水壓作用和膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)片(pian)本身的回彈(dan)作用,將膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)片(pian)壓實于(yu)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)(jun)流(liu)板上(shang)(shang),鑒于(yu)上(shang)(shang)述構造以(yi)及膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)片(pian)本身的良好彈(dan)性,曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)池中(zhong)的混(hun)合(he)液不(bu)可(ke)能倒灌,因(yin)此,不(bu)會沾污孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)。另一方面,當孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)開啟時,由(you)(you)(you)于(yu)橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)的彈(dan)性作用,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)所含的少量塵埃,也不(bu)會造成(cheng)曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器的孔(kong)(kong)隙堵塞。
該(gai)曝氣器具有耐腐蝕、布氣均勻、微(wei)孔可變不堵塞、氧利用(yong)率(lv)和動(dong)力(li)效率(lv)高等特點。應用(yong)于(yu)市(shi)政及(ji)工業廢水中(zhong)曝氣及(ji)生化處理工程中(zhong)。

三、布置、安裝
1、曝氣(qi)器(qi)均勻(yun)布置于曝氣(qi)池底(di),其表面(mian)距池底(di)約200-300mm,間距按設計(ji)要求均勻(yun)布置。
2、進氣(qi)管的設置(zhi)應(ying)(ying)考慮壓力平衡,每組支管應(ying)(ying)設置(zhi)閥門,便于調節空氣(qi)量,并在支管末端設置(zhi)氣(qi)壓排水(shui)管,以排除因安裝調試或(huo)停機時流入管內的積水(shui)。
