一、結構特點及用途
膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)式微(wei)孔(kong)曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)主要由(you)曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)底(di)座、上(shang)螺(luo)旋壓(ya)蓋、空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均流(liu)板(ban)(ban)、合成(cheng)橡(xiang)膠(jiao)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)等組成(cheng),合成(cheng)橡(xiang)膠(jiao)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)上(shang)開有2100—2500個按(an)一定(ding)規(gui)則排(pai)列的(de)開閉(bi)式孔(kong)眼,充氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)時,空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)通過布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管道,空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均流(liu)板(ban)(ban)均勻進入橡(xiang)膠(jiao)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)之(zhi)間,在空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)力作用下(xia),使膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)微(wei)微(wei)鼓起,孔(kong)眼張開,達到布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)擴散的(de)目的(de)。停止(zhi)供氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)時,由(you)于(yu)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)和空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均流(liu)板(ban)(ban)之(zhi)間壓(ya)力漸漸下(xia)降,使孔(kong)眼逐漸閉(bi)合,當壓(ya)力全(quan)部消失后,由(you)于(yu)水壓(ya)作用和膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)本身的(de)回彈(dan)作用,將膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)壓(ya)實于(yu)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均流(liu)板(ban)(ban)上(shang),鑒于(yu)上(shang)述構造以及膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)(pian)本身的(de)良好彈(dan)性(xing),曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)池(chi)中的(de)混合液(ye)不可能(neng)倒灌(guan),因此,不會沾污孔(kong)眼。另(ling)一方面,當孔(kong)眼開啟時,由(you)于(yu)橡(xiang)膠(jiao)的(de)彈(dan)性(xing)作用,空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中所(suo)含的(de)少量塵埃(ai),也(ye)不會造成(cheng)曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)的(de)孔(kong)隙堵塞(sai)。
該曝氣器具有耐(nai)腐(fu)蝕、布氣均勻、微(wei)孔可變不堵塞、氧利用率(lv)和動力效率(lv)高等特點。應用于市政及(ji)工(gong)業廢(fei)水中曝氣及(ji)生化處理工(gong)程中。

三、布置、安裝
1、曝(pu)氣器均(jun)勻布置(zhi)于曝(pu)氣池底(di),其表面距池底(di)約200-300mm,間(jian)距按設(she)計(ji)要求均(jun)勻布置(zhi)。
2、進氣管的設置(zhi)應考慮壓(ya)力平衡,每組支(zhi)管應設置(zhi)閥(fa)門,便于調節空氣量,并在支(zhi)管末(mo)端設置(zhi)氣壓(ya)排(pai)(pai)水管,以排(pai)(pai)除因安裝調試或停機(ji)時流入管內的積(ji)水。
