膜片式可張微孔曝氣器
一、結構特點及用途
膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)式微孔(kong)(kong)(kong)曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)主要由曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)底座(zuo)、上(shang)螺旋(xuan)壓(ya)(ya)蓋、空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均流(liu)板(ban)、合(he)成橡(xiang)膠(jiao)膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)等組成,合(he)成橡(xiang)膠(jiao)膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)上(shang)開有2100—2500個按(an)一(yi)定規則排列的(de)開閉式孔(kong)(kong)(kong)眼,充氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)時,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)通過布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管道,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均流(liu)板(ban)均勻進入橡(xiang)膠(jiao)膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)之間,在空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力作(zuo)用下,使膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)微微鼓起,孔(kong)(kong)(kong)眼張開,達到布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)擴散的(de)目(mu)的(de)。停(ting)止供氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)時,由于膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)和空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均流(liu)板(ban)之間壓(ya)(ya)力漸漸下降,使孔(kong)(kong)(kong)眼逐漸閉合(he),當壓(ya)(ya)力全部消失(shi)后,由于水(shui)壓(ya)(ya)作(zuo)用和膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)本(ben)身(shen)的(de)回彈(dan)作(zuo)用,將膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)壓(ya)(ya)實于空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均流(liu)板(ban)上(shang),鑒于上(shang)述構造以(yi)及膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)本(ben)身(shen)的(de)良(liang)好彈(dan)性,曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)池中的(de)混合(he)液不(bu)(bu)可能(neng)倒灌(guan),因此(ci),不(bu)(bu)會沾(zhan)污孔(kong)(kong)(kong)眼。另一(yi)方面,當孔(kong)(kong)(kong)眼開啟時,由于橡(xiang)膠(jiao)的(de)彈(dan)性作(zuo)用,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中所含的(de)少(shao)量塵(chen)埃(ai),也(ye)不(bu)(bu)會造成曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)的(de)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)隙堵(du)塞。
該曝(pu)(pu)氣器具有耐腐(fu)蝕、布氣均勻(yun)、微孔可變(bian)不堵塞、氧(yang)利用(yong)(yong)率和動力效(xiao)率高等特(te)點。應用(yong)(yong)于市政(zheng)及工業廢(fei)水(shui)中曝(pu)(pu)氣及生化處理工程中。

三、布置、安裝
1、曝(pu)氣(qi)器均(jun)勻(yun)(yun)布(bu)置于曝(pu)氣(qi)池(chi)底(di),其表面距池(chi)底(di)約200-300mm,間距按(an)設計要求均(jun)勻(yun)(yun)布(bu)置。
2、進(jin)氣管(guan)的設(she)置(zhi)應考慮壓力平衡,每(mei)組(zu)支(zhi)管(guan)應設(she)置(zhi)閥門,便于調節空氣量,并在支(zhi)管(guan)末端(duan)設(she)置(zhi)氣壓排水管(guan),以排除因(yin)安裝調試或停(ting)機時流入管(guan)內(nei)的積水。
