膜片式可張微孔曝氣器
一、結構特點及用途
膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)式微(wei)孔(kong)(kong)曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)主(zhu)要由(you)曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)底座、上(shang)(shang)螺(luo)旋壓(ya)(ya)蓋、空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均流板(ban)、合成(cheng)(cheng)橡(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)等組成(cheng)(cheng),合成(cheng)(cheng)橡(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)上(shang)(shang)開(kai)有2100—2500個(ge)按一(yi)定規則排列的(de)開(kai)閉式孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan),充(chong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)時,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)通過布(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)道(dao),空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均流板(ban)均勻進入橡(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)之(zhi)(zhi)間,在空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)作(zuo)用下(xia),使(shi)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)微(wei)微(wei)鼓起(qi),孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)張開(kai),達到布(bu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)擴散的(de)目的(de)。停止供氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)時,由(you)于(yu)(yu)(yu)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)和(he)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均流板(ban)之(zhi)(zhi)間壓(ya)(ya)力(li)漸漸下(xia)降,使(shi)孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)逐(zhu)漸閉合,當壓(ya)(ya)力(li)全(quan)部(bu)消失(shi)后,由(you)于(yu)(yu)(yu)水壓(ya)(ya)作(zuo)用和(he)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)本(ben)身的(de)回彈作(zuo)用,將(jiang)膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)壓(ya)(ya)實(shi)于(yu)(yu)(yu)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均流板(ban)上(shang)(shang),鑒于(yu)(yu)(yu)上(shang)(shang)述構(gou)造以(yi)及膜(mo)(mo)片(pian)本(ben)身的(de)良(liang)好彈性,曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)池(chi)中的(de)混合液不可能(neng)倒灌(guan),因此,不會(hui)沾污孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)。另一(yi)方面,當孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)開(kai)啟時,由(you)于(yu)(yu)(yu)橡(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)的(de)彈性作(zuo)用,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中所含的(de)少量塵埃,也不會(hui)造成(cheng)(cheng)曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)的(de)孔(kong)(kong)隙堵塞。
該曝(pu)氣(qi)器具有耐(nai)腐蝕、布氣(qi)均勻、微(wei)孔可變不堵塞、氧利用率和(he)動力效率高等特點。應用于市政及工(gong)業廢水中曝(pu)氣(qi)及生化處理工(gong)程中。

三、布置、安裝
1、曝氣器均(jun)勻布置于曝氣池(chi)底(di)(di),其(qi)表面距池(chi)底(di)(di)約200-300mm,間(jian)距按設計(ji)要求均(jun)勻布置。
2、進(jin)氣管(guan)(guan)的設(she)置(zhi)應考慮壓力平衡,每組支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)應設(she)置(zhi)閥門,便于調(diao)節空氣量,并在支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)末端設(she)置(zhi)氣壓排水管(guan)(guan),以(yi)排除因安裝調(diao)試或停機時(shi)流入管(guan)(guan)內的積水。
