一、結構特點及用途
膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)式微(wei)孔(kong)(kong)曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)主要由(you)曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)底(di)座、上螺旋壓蓋(gai)、空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)(jun)流(liu)板(ban)、合(he)(he)(he)成(cheng)橡(xiang)膠膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)等組(zu)成(cheng),合(he)(he)(he)成(cheng)橡(xiang)膠膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)上開(kai)有(you)2100—2500個按一定規則排列的(de)開(kai)閉式孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan),充氣(qi)(qi)(qi)時,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)通過(guo)布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管道(dao),空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)(jun)流(liu)板(ban)均(jun)(jun)勻進入橡(xiang)膠膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)之間(jian),在空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓力作用下(xia),使膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)微(wei)微(wei)鼓起,孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)張開(kai),達到布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)擴散(san)的(de)目的(de)。停(ting)止(zhi)供氣(qi)(qi)(qi)時,由(you)于膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)和(he)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)(jun)流(liu)板(ban)之間(jian)壓力漸漸下(xia)降(jiang),使孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)逐漸閉合(he)(he)(he),當壓力全部消失后(hou),由(you)于水壓作用和(he)膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)本身的(de)回彈作用,將膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)壓實于空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)(jun)流(liu)板(ban)上,鑒于上述(shu)構造以及(ji)膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)本身的(de)良好彈性,曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)池中(zhong)的(de)混合(he)(he)(he)液不(bu)(bu)可能(neng)倒灌(guan),因此(ci),不(bu)(bu)會沾污孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)。另一方面,當孔(kong)(kong)眼(yan)開(kai)啟時,由(you)于橡(xiang)膠的(de)彈性作用,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)所含的(de)少(shao)量塵埃,也不(bu)(bu)會造成(cheng)曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)的(de)孔(kong)(kong)隙堵塞。
該曝(pu)氣(qi)器具有耐腐蝕、布氣(qi)均勻、微孔可變不(bu)堵塞(sai)、氧利(li)用(yong)率和動力效率高(gao)等特點。應用(yong)于市政及工(gong)業廢(fei)水(shui)中(zhong)曝(pu)氣(qi)及生(sheng)化處理(li)工(gong)程中(zhong)。

三、布置、安裝
1、曝氣器(qi)均(jun)勻(yun)布置于曝氣池(chi)底,其表面(mian)距池(chi)底約200-300mm,間距按設(she)計要求均(jun)勻(yun)布置。
2、進(jin)氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)設置(zhi)應(ying)考慮壓(ya)力平衡,每組支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)應(ying)設置(zhi)閥門,便(bian)于調節空氣(qi)量,并在支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)末端設置(zhi)氣(qi)壓(ya)排水(shui)管(guan)(guan)(guan),以排除因安(an)裝調試或停(ting)機時(shi)流入管(guan)(guan)(guan)內的(de)積水(shui)。
