膜片式可張微孔曝氣器
一、結構特點及用途
膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)式微孔(kong)曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器主要(yao)由曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)底座(zuo)、上螺旋壓(ya)蓋、空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均流(liu)板、合成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)橡(xiang)膠膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)等組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),合成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)橡(xiang)膠膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)上開(kai)有2100—2500個按一(yi)定規則排列的開(kai)閉式孔(kong)眼,充氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)時,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)通過布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管道,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均流(liu)板均勻進(jin)入橡(xiang)膠膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)之(zhi)間,在空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)力作用(yong)下(xia)(xia),使膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)微微鼓起,孔(kong)眼張開(kai),達到布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)擴散的目的。停(ting)止供氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)時,由于(yu)膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)和空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均流(liu)板之(zhi)間壓(ya)力漸漸下(xia)(xia)降,使孔(kong)眼逐漸閉合,當壓(ya)力全部消失后,由于(yu)水壓(ya)作用(yong)和膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)本身的回彈作用(yong),將膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)壓(ya)實于(yu)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均流(liu)板上,鑒于(yu)上述(shu)構造以及(ji)膜片(pian)(pian)(pian)本身的良好彈性(xing),曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)池中的混合液(ye)不(bu)可能倒灌,因(yin)此,不(bu)會沾污孔(kong)眼。另一(yi)方面,當孔(kong)眼開(kai)啟時,由于(yu)橡(xiang)膠的彈性(xing)作用(yong),空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中所含的少量(liang)塵埃(ai),也(ye)不(bu)會造成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)曝氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器的孔(kong)隙堵塞(sai)。
該曝(pu)氣器具有耐腐蝕、布氣均勻、微孔可變不堵塞、氧(yang)利用(yong)率(lv)和動力(li)效(xiao)率(lv)高等特點。應(ying)用(yong)于市政及工業廢水中(zhong)曝(pu)氣及生化處理(li)工程(cheng)中(zhong)。

三、布置、安裝
1、曝氣器均勻布置(zhi)于曝氣池(chi)底(di),其表面距池(chi)底(di)約200-300mm,間距按設計(ji)要求均勻布置(zhi)。
2、進氣管(guan)的設(she)置(zhi)應考慮壓力平衡,每組(zu)支管(guan)應設(she)置(zhi)閥(fa)門(men),便于調(diao)節空氣量(liang),并在支管(guan)末(mo)端(duan)設(she)置(zhi)氣壓排(pai)水管(guan),以排(pai)除(chu)因安裝調(diao)試或(huo)停機(ji)時流入(ru)管(guan)內的積水。
