一、結構特點及用途
膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)式微孔(kong)曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器主要(yao)由(you)(you)(you)曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)底座、上螺旋壓(ya)蓋、空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)(jun)流板(ban)、合(he)成橡(xiang)膠膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)等組成,合(he)成橡(xiang)膠膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)上開(kai)(kai)有2100—2500個按(an)一定規則排(pai)列(lie)的開(kai)(kai)閉式孔(kong)眼,充氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)時,空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)通過布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管道,空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)(jun)流板(ban)均(jun)(jun)勻(yun)進入橡(xiang)膠膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)之間(jian),在空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)力作用下(xia),使膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)微微鼓起,孔(kong)眼張開(kai)(kai),達到布氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)擴散的目的。停止(zhi)供氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)時,由(you)(you)(you)于(yu)膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)和(he)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)(jun)流板(ban)之間(jian)壓(ya)力漸漸下(xia)降(jiang),使孔(kong)眼逐漸閉合(he),當(dang)壓(ya)力全部消失后,由(you)(you)(you)于(yu)水(shui)壓(ya)作用和(he)膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)本身的回彈(dan)(dan)作用,將膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)壓(ya)實于(yu)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)(jun)流板(ban)上,鑒于(yu)上述構造(zao)以(yi)及膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)本身的良好彈(dan)(dan)性,曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)池中的混(hun)合(he)液不(bu)可能(neng)倒灌,因(yin)此,不(bu)會沾污孔(kong)眼。另一方(fang)面,當(dang)孔(kong)眼開(kai)(kai)啟時,由(you)(you)(you)于(yu)橡(xiang)膠的彈(dan)(dan)性作用,空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中所含的少量塵埃,也(ye)不(bu)會造(zao)成曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器的孔(kong)隙堵塞。
該(gai)曝(pu)氣(qi)器具有耐腐(fu)蝕、布(bu)氣(qi)均(jun)勻、微孔可(ke)變不堵塞、氧利用率和動力效率高(gao)等特點。應用于(yu)市(shi)政及工(gong)業廢水中曝(pu)氣(qi)及生化處理工(gong)程中。

三、布置、安裝
1、曝氣器均勻布置于曝氣池(chi)底(di),其表(biao)面距(ju)池(chi)底(di)約(yue)200-300mm,間距(ju)按設計(ji)要(yao)求均勻布置。
2、進氣管(guan)的(de)設(she)置(zhi)應(ying)考慮壓(ya)力(li)平衡,每組支(zhi)管(guan)應(ying)設(she)置(zhi)閥門,便于調(diao)節空氣量,并在支(zhi)管(guan)末(mo)端設(she)置(zhi)氣壓(ya)排水(shui)管(guan),以(yi)排除因(yin)安裝調(diao)試或停機時流入管(guan)內(nei)的(de)積水(shui)。
