一、結構特點及用途
膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)式微(wei)孔(kong)曝氣器(qi)主要由(you)(you)曝氣底座、上(shang)螺旋壓蓋、空氣均(jun)流(liu)板、合成(cheng)橡(xiang)膠(jiao)膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)等組(zu)成(cheng),合成(cheng)橡(xiang)膠(jiao)膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)上(shang)開有2100—2500個(ge)按一定規則排列的(de)(de)開閉式孔(kong)眼(yan),充氣時(shi),空氣通過布氣管道(dao),空氣均(jun)流(liu)板均(jun)勻進入橡(xiang)膠(jiao)膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)之(zhi)(zhi)間,在空氣壓力作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)下,使(shi)膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)微(wei)微(wei)鼓起,孔(kong)眼(yan)張開,達到布氣擴散的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。停止供氣時(shi),由(you)(you)于(yu)膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)和空氣均(jun)流(liu)板之(zhi)(zhi)間壓力漸漸下降,使(shi)孔(kong)眼(yan)逐漸閉合,當壓力全部消失后,由(you)(you)于(yu)水壓作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)和膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)本身的(de)(de)回彈(dan)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong),將膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)壓實于(yu)空氣均(jun)流(liu)板上(shang),鑒于(yu)上(shang)述(shu)構造以及膜(mo)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)本身的(de)(de)良(liang)好(hao)彈(dan)性,曝氣池中的(de)(de)混(hun)合液不可能倒灌,因此,不會沾污孔(kong)眼(yan)。另一方面,當孔(kong)眼(yan)開啟時(shi),由(you)(you)于(yu)橡(xiang)膠(jiao)的(de)(de)彈(dan)性作(zuo)用(yong)(yong),空氣中所含的(de)(de)少量塵埃,也(ye)不會造成(cheng)曝氣器(qi)的(de)(de)孔(kong)隙堵塞。
該曝(pu)氣器具有耐腐蝕(shi)、布氣均勻、微孔可變不堵塞、氧利用率(lv)和動力效率(lv)高等特點。應用于(yu)市政及工業廢水(shui)中曝(pu)氣及生化處理工程中。

三、布置、安裝
1、曝(pu)氣器均(jun)勻(yun)布置(zhi)于曝(pu)氣池底(di),其表面距(ju)池底(di)約200-300mm,間(jian)距(ju)按設計要求均(jun)勻(yun)布置(zhi)。
2、進氣管的設置應(ying)考慮壓力平衡,每組(zu)支管應(ying)設置閥門,便(bian)于調節空氣量(liang),并在支管末(mo)端(duan)設置氣壓排水管,以排除因安(an)裝調試或停機時流(liu)入(ru)管內的積(ji)水。
